Payment

The customer shall provide payment for the products prior to despatch by Bespoke Love.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your Order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this as soon as possible.

Delivery

Free P&P on all unframed photo montages.

All pre-prepared photo montages are sent out on the day of order if we receive the order before 4pm; customised photo montages will be delivered within 5 days of the order. 

We cannot accept responsiblity for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept online orders from outside mainland UK. For international orders please contact us and we will be happy to sort out your individual requests.

Returns and Exchange

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact Bespoke Love as soon as possible. There will be a £5.00 administration charge unless the order is faulty.

If you have ordered a bespoke photo montage, we can only offer a refund on damaged goods.
